Returns & Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, unwashed, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
For hygiene reasons, swimwear briefs and one-piece styles must be tried on over underwear and returned with the protective hygiene strip fully intact. Returns will not be accepted if the hygiene strip has been removed, altered, or if the item shows any signs of wear.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot take responsibility for parcels until they are received.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will assess the issue and make it right in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Sale Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds on sale or discounted items, unless required under Australian Consumer Law. Gift cards are non-refundable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at hello@negomiswimwear.com
